ReqCurate provides RFQ workflow support by helping organize, review, clarify, and prepare request-for-quote information before it is shared or used in supplier-facing communication.
ReqCurate focuses on improving clarity, structure, and completeness of RFQs before they are used in supplier communication.
ReqCurate does not manufacture, stock, warehouse, certify, supply, or guarantee any products and does not act as a supplier, distributor, engineering authority, or procurement agent.
3. Nature of Service
The service is intended to improve RFQ workflow and communication. It is not an engineering review, professional validation service, sourcing marketplace, purchasing platform, or quote guarantee service.
4. No Guarantee of Quotes, Pricing, Delivery, or Outcomes
ReqCurate does not guarantee supplier responses, quote turnaround times, pricing, availability, lead times, delivery, product suitability, or project outcomes.
Any examples, calculations, structured outputs, sample workflows, or supporting content provided on the site are for informational purposes only.
5. User Responsibility for Submitted Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the information you submit, including specifications, quantities, materials, project requirements, delivery expectations, shipping details, and other RFQ-related information.
ReqCurate may organize, reformat, or flag missing information, but does not independently verify technical accuracy, engineering completeness, compliance requirements, or commercial suitability.
6. No Engineering, Legal, Procurement, or Professional Advice
ReqCurate does not provide engineering, legal, procurement, regulatory, compliance, or other professional advice.
All final validation of specifications, standards, project requirements, contract terms, purchasing decisions, and supplier selection must be confirmed by the appropriate qualified parties.
7. Third-Party Interactions
ReqCurate may support workflows involving suppliers, service providers, or other third parties. However, all interactions, agreements, pricing, delivery, lead times, product performance, and business decisions are solely between you and the relevant third party.
ReqCurate is not responsible for the performance, conduct, omissions, errors, delays, pricing, availability, or outcomes of any third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReqCurate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or business-related damages arising from or related to:
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear RFQs
- Missing project information, delivery timing, or shipping details
- Supplier communication issues or lack of supplier response
- Pricing, availability, lead time, or delivery problems
- Project delays, procurement issues, or cost overruns
- Reliance on organized, clarified, or reformatted RFQ information
- Use of the site, forms, outputs, or related communications
Use of the service is at your own risk.
9. No Warranty
The site and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
